Millicent was born around 1680.

She was christened in 1681 at Slaidburn, Yorkshire on 31st January 1681.

Millicent married John Parker in 1715 in Marton in Craven, Yorkshire on 8th September 1715.

She had the following children from her marriage to John Parker:

Millicent died in 1757.
