David Stephen Allen is the son of Stephen Albert Allen and Mary Elizabeth Austin.

David was born in 1965 in West Bromwich, Staffordshire.

He had the following children with his partner Julie Avery nee Hadley:

- Sarah Marie Hadley Allen	born in 1995 at Stourbridge, Worcestershire.
- Joni Eveline Hadley Allen	born in 1997 at Bridgnorth, Shropshire.

David is an Ecologist.
