Alfred Henry (Harry) Allen was the son of Albert William Allen and Sarah Greenhough.

Harry was born on Sunday 26 January 1902 in Wednesbury, Staffordshire.

Harry married Alice Mabel Barley in 1927 in Wednesbury, Staffordshire.

Harry was a Mayor of Southport.

Harry died in 1972 in Southport.
