James Franklyn Drury was born on Tuesday 19 March 1940 in Manchester, Lancashire.

James married Barbara Helen Greenhough on Monday 22 December 1969 in St Matthew's Church, Walsall.

He had the following children from his marriage to Barbara Helen Greenhough:

James was a Merchant Mariner, then a business man.

James died in 2021.
