Arthur Richard Mould was the son of Arthur Richard Mould and Emily Elizabeth Eden.

Arthur was born on Saturday 1 September 1900 in Birmingham, Warwickshire.

Arthur married Fanny Astley in 1927 in Walsall, Staffordshire.

He had the following children from his marriage to Fanny Astley:

- Betty Lilian Mould	born on 19 December 1928 at Walsall, Staffordshire.
- Vera Jean Mould	born on 4 March 1932 at Walsall, Staffordshire.
- Edna Mould	born in 1934 at Walsall, Staffordshire.

Details of Arthur's occupation are not known.

Arthur died on Monday 19 May 1975 in Bloxwich, Staffordshire.
