Ann Greenhough was the daughter of Thomas Greenhough and Mary Stevenson.

Ann was born around 1779 in Alrewas, Staffordshire.

Ann married George Flowers on Wednesday 28 June 1797 in St Mary's Church, Lichfield, Staffordshire.

She had the following children from her marriage to George Flowers:

- John Flowers	born around 1798 in Brandon, Ireland.
- Mary Valetta Flowers	born around 1801 at Malta.
- George Flowers	born around 1803 at Malta.
- William George Flowers	born around 1806.
- Ann Flowers	born around 1812.

Ann's second marriage was to Hugh Wakelin on Sunday 10 July 1825 in St Mary's Church, Lichfield, Staffordshire.

Details of Ann's death are not known.
