Rose Hannah Cooper was the daughter of Benjamin Cooper and Catherine Alice Mould.

Rose was born on Saturday 1 December 1888 in Birmingham, Warwickshire.

Rose married Ernest Frank Poole in 1909 in West Bromwich, Staffordshire.

She had the following children from her marriage to Ernest Frank Poole:

- Ernest Frank Poole	born on 3 March 1911 at Handsworth, Staffordshire.
- Ruth A. Poole	born in 1913 at West Bromwich, Staffordshire.

Rose died on Monday 23 September 1963 in Birmingham, Warwickshire.
